About UK Lam Family Hung Kuen

UK Lam Family Kung Fu School is an internationally recognized, fully equipped, full time Chinese Martial Arts school based in Finsbury Park, London. We teach the complete system of traditional Lam Family Hung Gar Kung Fu, including traditional hand, weapon and two man fighting forms, Saan Sau - Saan Da, Lion Dance and Chi Gung (Hei gung). We are the official representative of Lam Family Hung Kuen in United Kingdom.

Our aim at UK Lam Family Kung Fu School is to teach and promote the practice of Lam Family Hung Kuen Kung Fu at the highest standard possible to anyone who is genuinely interested and enthusiastic about learning Kung Fu. We are passionate about our training, take pride in our style and teach our system openly without any secrets, gimmicks and have no interest in martial arts politics.

We care about who we teach and how we teach. We treat everyone training with us as individuals and welcome them as members of our kung fu family, making sure that each individual gets the maximum benefit out of their training according to their personal needs.

We teach our system for self defense, health & fitness and personal development of body, mind and spirit. We do not teach nor encourage any type of violence or physical aggression.
